I updated my review because this company did try to resolve our problem, and I'd say they're ok now.

(Previous review.) I'm buying a house. The house didn't pass "inspection" for sale. This company was hired to repair the plumbing, so the house can be sold to us. They have had a month to repair the plumbing system (water standing or not fully draining from bath-tubs), and still have not finished the job. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have told us so we can have another company do the repairs.

I always like to write a review and be as truthful as I can. I own and operate a small property management & investment company in East Texas, and I’m always looking for good professionals of all trades that will work for reasonable rate. Today I used Anchor Plumbing for the first time to repair a ¾ main water line near the outside of the house in the back yard. I am satisfied with the work, and the workers were friendly. The job was completed in little less than an hour. However, I was charged $260 then given a 10% discount. Even with the discount this was still one of the most expensive plumbing jobs I’ve seen in many years. Gosh, . . . even my doctor doesn’t charge this much.
